Always great food..

I had a VERY fun time there. The food was very good and we didn't have to wait for our food that long. The waiting was good also. I will definitely go there again.

Very disappointed in the pricing. While the food was very good, we were surprised when we received our bill. We had expected it to be approximately $16.00 based on the menu prices; however, it was never indicated that there would be an extra charge for either wheat or rye toast (really?). While the meal came with coffee, we were charged for an additional coffee. When we brought these issues up, they were really just ignored. I, for one, will never frequent this restaurant again as I feel their prices are underhanded.

Love this place and I love the food a lot. I would give this place 10 stars if I could

Great little hole in the wall in Milford, if you want an authentic local experience, with down to earth nice people this is your spot.

It's father's day...I was told to take a seat at a DIRTY table which was cleaned 20 minutes after being seated. After cleaning the table the waitress took our order and an hour later after most of the people ate their food and left we still didn't get our food. Mind you this a small old diner, not that many people in the diner, we were told our slip was third in line and our food should be out in 15 to 20 minutes. We decided to leave after waiting so long for a simple order of breakfast and the cashier said to cash us out for two coffees while we waited for an hour and a half for nothing. She was really going to charge us for two coffees until my wife questioned their service. They let us go with free coffee. Oh yeah never go to this hole in the wall. Ever. Never. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. And happy Father's day to me.

Great food great service friendly &clean

Was a great place, would always visit when i came up to CT. Went to go oct 20th the weekend I was in town and there was a FOR LEASE sign up. And they looked to be closed.

Great Place for Breakfast!!! The food is always served quickly and hot the service is fantastic and friendly

When you walk in, I recommend you sit on the left hand side, as the waitress on that specific side is much nicer. I do love myself a bacon egg and cheese though!

Maxine's ommelette is fantastic, BEC's are perfect, flawless home fries and love the pancakes, best part is the staff though. I'll go in there months after my last visit and they know my usual!!!!

Everyone that works there is amazing. I eat there daily, and you should too. Love me some Maxine's.
